Senior/Lead Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to take ownership of paid growth across Germany and drive significant patient acquisition and revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that goes beyond campaign execution. You’ll think end-to-end from creative development to delivery and measurement and play a central part in shaping our paid media, affiliate, and influencer strategy. You’ll manage 7-figure budgets, optimise across multiple channels, and experiment boldly to deliver performance at scale.
You will: 

• Own the paid growth strategy for Germany across Meta (70%) and Google (30%), with end-to-end accountability.
• Manage and optimise €2M+ monthly budgets, driving efficient acquisition and scalable growth.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop, test, and scale high-performing Meta ad concepts tailored to the German market.
• Lead ongoing experimentation across ads, audiences, bidding, and landing pages, embedding a strong test-and-learn culture
• Stay ahead of Meta and Google platform updates, including betas, policy changes, and healthcare advertising requirements
• Analyse performance and competitors using BI and attribution tools, turning insights into clear actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, CRO, engineering, and marketing to align priorities and execute growth initiative

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and solid experience in Google Ads
• Proven track record managing 7-figure annual budgets and making data-driven allocation decisions
• Strong understanding of creative-first performance marketing, experimentation, and multi-channel attribution
• Experience planning, running, and analysing tests, and applying learnings to scale performance
• Background in D2C, consumer, or subscription-based businesses, with focus on ROI, LTV, and retention
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing speed, risk, and impact
• Strong communication skills in German and English, able to clearly present insights to cross-functional teams
