As a Paid Search Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across EMEA. You will play a key role in driving digital growth by ensuring best-in-class campaign delivery, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll partner with Global Digital Growth Marketing, EMEA Brand Marketing, and key platform teams to turn regional insights into impactful action. You own channel execution and continuous optimization—balancing global strategy with local needs to support sustainable growth.
This role is based out of our Munich office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be able to work in office a minimum of 6 days per month and eligible to work in Germany. Mid-term we foresee the relocation of the role to Amsterdam/Netherlands.
Meet Your Future Team:
The EMEA Digital Commerce team is responsible for developing our ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints for Arc’teryx in EMEA. It is a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer ecommerce (strategy & operations), Digital Marketing (CRM / Paid / SEO), Digital Analytics and working closely with global counterparts. The team works closely with many other regional teams within Marketing and Commercial.
If you were the Paid Search Coordinator EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Partner daily with the EMEA Digital Marketing Lead and the Global Digital Growth Marketing team
Set up and oversee campaign execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other platforms
Manage daily and weekly budgets across paid search programs and support forecasting and reconciliation
Collaborate with EMEA Brand Marketing to align performance and messaging
Maintain relationships with Google, Bing, and platform teams
Continuously review campaign performance to identify efficiencies and growth opportunities

Are you our next Paid Search Coordinator EMEA?
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
1-3 years’ experience in paid search or performance marketing (having a deep understanding of performance media tactics across Google, Meta, Bing, Pinterest and other platforms that allows you to understand the media ecosystem and plan campaigns to hit business goals)
Experience with Google Ads
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
Familiarity with tagging, tracking, and measurement fundamentals (pixels, GTM, attribution)
Ability to communicate effectively findings with the team
Experience working across multiple markets
Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style

You have proven experience managing regional or multi market digital strategies, balancing global frameworks with the unique needs of local needs
