Job Description:
We are looking for a Paid Search Analyst/ Associate to support the planning, setup, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Shopping. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to specialize in paid search and performance marketing, with a strong focus on revenue delivery and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to ensure delivery against client KPIs.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support A/B testing initiatives across ad formats, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, paid social, and feed management teams to ensure integrated performance delivery.
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, features, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in paid search campaign management (agency experience preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, including Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, Google Analytics).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Eagerness to grow into a specialist role within performance marketing.
