Why you want this jobAs a Paid Search Associate, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your experience to drive performance, analyze data, and contribute to strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Generate reports and present actionable insights
- Collaborate with SEO team to align paid and organic efforts
- Assist in testing bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages
- Monitor budget pacing and campaign ROI
- Maintain strong documentation and campaign hygiene
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid search experience either in house or at an agency.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Comfortable analyzing large sets of data and drawing insights
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or other attribution tools is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO or cross-channel marketing is a bonus
- Ownership of real paid search campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility
- Deeper expertise in performance marketing strategy and analytics
- Close collaboration with an experienced manager to sharpen your skills
