Role Overview

The Paid & Organic Media Specialist serves as the internal owner and strategic partner for NCR Voyix’s paid and organic media programs, which are primarily executed through an external agency. This role acts as the voice of NCR Voyix guiding strategy, providing direction, monitoring performance, challenging recommendations, and ensuring media investments align with business priorities and full-funnel outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Agency Management & Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day liaison with the paid and organic media agency, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and alignment with NCR Voyix priorities.
  • Guide and challenge agency strategy across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and organic distribution—asking the right questions, validating assumptions, and pushing for continuous improvement.
  • Translate internal business goals, campaign priorities, and audience insights into clear briefs and feedback for agency partners.
  • Ensure agency recommendations are grounded in performance data, funnel impact, and business outcomes—not just channel metrics.

Paid & Organic Media Oversight

  • Oversee paid media programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels, while ensuring strong integration with organic and SEO strategies.
  • Provide strategic input on targeting, messaging, creative direction, and budget allocation across awareness, demand, and ABM motions.
  • Partner with internal brand, content, and web teams to ensure paid and organic efforts reflect NCR Voyix positioning and messaging.
  • Monitor organic search performance and SEO initiatives, ensuring agency work aligns with content strategy, technical priorities, and site experience.

ABM & Program Management

  • Program manage ABM media tactics in partnership with the agency, demand generation, and sales teams.
  • Ensure ABM execution is aligned to account strategy, buying groups, and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate timelines, inputs, and performance reviews across stakeholders to keep ABM programs moving efficiently and effectively.

Measurement, Reporting & Performance Management

  • Own media performance reporting within NCR Voyix systems, including:
  • Synthesize channel‑level performance into clear, executive‑ready insights that connect media activity to pipeline, revenue influence, and business impact.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with agency partners, identifying optimization opportunities, risks, and next steps.
  • Establish and maintain performance benchmarks, success metrics, and reporting standards across paid, organic, affiliate, and ABM efforts.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with brand, content, web, marketing operations, and sales teams to ensure integrated execution across campaigns.
  • Act as a connector between strategy and execution—making sure agency output aligns with internal expectations, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Stay current on digital media trends and platform changes, bringing informed recommendations back to internal teams and agency partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven experience managing agencies or external partners.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, organic search, and full-funnel measurement.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting ABM programs and account-based media tactics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
