OneIMS Group is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Your expertise in digital marketing and a keen understanding of data analysis will enable you to drive customer engagement and achieve our clients' marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Utilize various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of paid media strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets that drive engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising and digital marketing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Strategist or in a similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and approach problems innovatively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
