What You'll Need:

  • Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: BA or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Experience required: 2+ years in a related role.

Must-have: 

  • Paid media experience across multiple channels – including search, social, and display. 
  • Experience making recommendations and presentations to marketing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of paid search and paid media tools, techniques, vendors, and platforms 
    • Preferred: 
      • Agency and/or brand-side experience.
      • GA4 knowledge/experience

What You'll Do:

  • Supports senior team members in developing and executing Paid Search, Social Advertising, and Display/Video campaigns, budgets, and reports for Red Door clients.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of clients' industries and paid media trends to create strategic reports with analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Proactively enhances clients' accounts with new betas/features and other Cross Channel platforms.
  • Stays updated on paid media tools and platforms, providing expertise to RDI teams and clients.
  • Collaborates with Cross Channel experts on client goals, KPIs, and monthly reports, integrating Paid Media with other RDI channels.
  • Develops internal process documentation and templates for estimating new business and project plans.
  • Utilizes bid management tools and self-serve platforms to optimize paid media accounts.

*The hiring salary range for this position will be $58,000 - 68,000 / year*

*This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations*

*Ideally this position will have a hybrid schedule based out of our San Diego, CA headquarters*
