Cloudflare is looking for a Paid Social Specialist who has a proven track record of campaign execution with a core focus on Linkedin. This person will work in conjunction with the paid media manager to manage routine optimisations, new launches, testing, and reporting.
About the role
This is an ideal role for a candidate with proficient executional platform skills, who enjoys being hands on, accountable for the planning, entire execution, reporting and performance of Social campaigns as well as proactively engaging in testing ad formats, audience lists, content and new platforms.
The Paid Social Specialist is accountable for successfully executing the paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of products, regional accounts and campaigns. This role will work in conjunction with internal teams across the company to execute an industry-leading paid social program in the EMEA region and will focus on managing campaigns that have both lead generation and engagement goals. You should be strategic, hands-on and independently drive campaign execution and optimisation. You will primarily be working on LinkedIn Ads and must have a strong understanding of these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success managing paid media to deliver against pipeline targets through tactical implementation, strategic know-how and data-driven analysis. This role will work closely with marketing ops and data teams to ensure campaigns are appropriately, measured, executed, and drive results based on funnel metrics, including leads, pipeline, opportunities and closed-won revenue.
Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support EMEA paid social, including but not limited to campaign setup, strategy development, organization, and management for Cloudflare's global enterprise campaigns.
  • Daily use of paid social platforms, reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
  • Campaign optimization: ad creative, ad copy, ad format testing, audience testing
  • Partner with the regional digital marketing team leads to understanding requirements, challenges and ongoing resource requirements and create solutions at a global level across multiple languages.
  • Collaborate with globalisation team and local teams for asset translation
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results on a weekly/quarterly/ad hoc basis.
  • Campaign budget allocation & monitoring to ensure proper pacing and efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate insights and trends based on campaign performance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years working with performance marketing paid media channels, with a heavy focus on paid social
  • Deep experience using the Linkedin Ads platform across multiple campaign types including lead and conversion focused ads across multiple ad types/formats
  • Experience with Facebook Meta ads, Instagram in a B2B capacity highly preferred
  • Experience managing campaigns across Tier 2 paid social platforms i.e. Reddit, Twitter, Quora and StackOverflow
  • Understanding of the mechanics of paid media targeting in a B2B environment including 1st and 3rd-party data, intent data and account lists to drive targeting
  • Experience working with ABM platforms 6sense, Demandbase, and/or Metadata
  • Experience with paid social channels using B2B paid social targeting options (such as 1st and 3rd-party CRM data)
  • Excellent autonomy to drive planning, project management and prioritization with great attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working within a larger growth and demand generation team across numerous internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze program effectiveness and ROI
  • Positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and being able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a variety of roles, from executives to campaign managers and sales development teams
