The Advertising Operations Coordinator supports the Advertising team by owning key day‑to‑day operational processes that ensure global advertising activities run reliably and accurately. This role focuses on operational coordination, governance, and financial and workflow controls across advertising initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners. The Coordinator is accountable for ensuring work is executed consistently and in line with established ways of working, enabling the Advertising team to stay focused on strategic priorities.
This position reports to the Director of Advertising and is part of the Global Brand team and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Support the advertising team in operational tasks for paid media campaigns.
Maintain and enforce standard work for advertising and campaign collaboration processes between campaign managers, the advertising team, and the media agency.
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time execution.
Validate tracking implementation and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Collect and organize campaign data for reporting and analytics.
Act as liaison for operational queries between internal teams and media agency.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to follow and maintain standard work processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and advertising best practices in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel up to 10% for agency or team meetings.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Familiarity with paid media workflows or agency processes.
Experience with project management or tracking tools.
Ability to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.
Experience working in a global or matrixed environment.
