Role Description
Create and implement effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Build and maintain relationships with customers through various engagement strategies and customer service initiatives.
Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years experience developing digital strategy for B2B brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
Ability to travel 10%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
