Position Summary

The Paid Media Manager will assist in profitable and diversified customer acquisition. A key liaison across teams and our agencies, this role is a key contributor to paid channel strategy, performance, execution, and hindsight. 
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will be data and metrics-driven while still contributing creative insights and ideas. Strong candidates will be skilled in data-driven decision making, and have a proven track record in driving successful paid media strategies to achieve marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute campaigns across channels to drive the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing brand or long-term growth
  • Own the creative process to support GTM launches and optimize performance, from briefing to post-launch analysis and learnings
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance recaps including identifying any learnings, risk, and opportunities 
  • Contribute to demand generation ideas
  • Execute a/b testing strategy that meets broader KPI goals and brand guidelines
  • Assist in new channel diversification and launches
  • Main point of contact with digital marketing agency, ensuring they are up to date on goals, calendar shifts, creative delivery, etc.
  • Consistently maintain a strong eye in the market for emerging channels and trends
  • Maintain competitive analysis documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with ease, exhibiting a strong grasp of how to balance profitability and desirability
  • Partner with Ecommerce team to optimize landing pages performance and identify other opportunities to increase site conversion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s, preferred
  • 3-4 year’s experience scaling performance marketing channels in a direct to consumer space; beauty and luxury experience a plus
  • At least 1 year’s experience planning and executing paid social campaigns 
  • Experience with DSPs/Ad Management tools for Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest 
  • Agile, highly organized individual with a knack for data and drive to innovate
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics

Westman Atelier offers a holistic total compensation package designed to support employees in all aspects of life, including a robust suite of health benefits, wellness perks, 401k, and paid parental leave. The base salary for this position will range from $100,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on job related skills, experience, and location.
