We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Manager to establish and grow a B2B inbound marketing engine spanning paid marketing and conversion rate optimization.
Who You Are:
This person will develop, execute, and optimize pipeline-generating campaigns across paid search, third-party advertising, and display advertising. They will also run an always-on conversion rate optimization program spanning this company’s digital properties, partnering with product marketing, design, and development teams to form hypotheses, execute on-site changes, and measure results.This is a critical role for the company and will have a large impact on the business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is intensely curious and relentless in their pursuit of better metrics. We are open to 100% remote in the US time zones.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- Work closely with downstream resources (others marketers, SDRs, BDRs, sales leaders) to assess lead quality and adapt tactics to maximize pipeline and revenue.
- Develop strategies that drive target prospects to our websites, primarily focusing on paid channels.
- Use data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve the design, UX, and content of key website pages and landing pages.
- Have a point of view and a plan for executing on how we get to our annual goals.
Daily Routine
- Plan, develop, and implement paid media campaigns across paid search, display, and other referral channels, managing to budget and improving performance and efficiency.
- Identify and work with third-party vendors to secure targeted and relevant paid promotions, sponsored media, and syndication opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize paid landing pages.
- Maintain a prioritized experimentation backlog. Plan, execute and measure conversion rate tests.
What You’ll Need:
- 6+ years of experience working in digital marketing (B2B marketing and/or marketing for an enterprise software company is a strong plus).
- Advanced knowledge of paid search - Google Ads (Adwords), Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to build and maintain a digital experimentation program.
- Experience with reporting, heat mapping, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- Analytical, results- and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and prioritize appropriately.
- Proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and communicating the progress of meaningful objectives and goals.
- Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help.
- Positive attitude and proven team player.
- Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and sense of accountability.
- Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a strong plus.
