Fors Marsh’s Strategic Creative & Communications business unit is expanding their Media & Engagement practice area, and is seeking a Paid Media Manager. The project/client work will largely focus on public health campaigns. The individual best suited for this position will have experience working with paid media leads to build paid media plans and buys for our federal clients. This includes recommendation of media tactics, paid media vendors, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This person will ensure all clients media buys are running as planned and within budget and time allocated. They will work on client pacing and performance reports as needed.

• Conducts client presentations and articulates media strategies, recommendations, and campaign performance results for assigned client portfolio.
• Develops and implements comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Conducts audience research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform media strategy and messaging.
• Collaborates with internal teams to align media plans with creative strategies and campaign objectives.
• Identifies media opportunities and explores emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Executes media-buying activities, negotiates rates, and secures placements across various media channels.
• Develops and maintains relationships with media vendors and partners to optimize media investments.
• Monitors media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to client objectives.
• Monitors and analyzes media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Tracks key performance metrics, interprets data, and makes data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously evaluates media performance against campaign objectives and industry benchmarks.
• Serves as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on media planning, targeting, and optimization.
• Collaborates with Account teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with client expectations.
• Provides updates, insights, and campaign performance reports for client portfolio.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior media team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Fosters a collaborative work environment, facilitating cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Stays informed about industry advancements and best practices, sharing insights with the team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communication, business, or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in paid media.

• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to drive insights from data and tell a compelling story.

• Preference given to candidates with paid media experience with projects/clients focused on federal public health/health campaigns.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.
