WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh’s Strategic Creative & Communications business unit is expanding their Media & Engagement practice area, and is seeking a Paid Media Analytics Manager. The project/client work will largely focus on public health campaigns. The individual best suited for this position will have experience working with paid media leads to ensure all paid media performance reports are delivered on time, and experience checking performance across different campaign channels using Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Google Adwords, etc. to optimize performance.
Responsibilities include:
• Assists paid media leads on client media reports to include all data related to paid media buy performance, recommendations on optimizations and future campaign considerations.
• Leads digital paid media tracking structure for assigned portfolio of clients as it relates to UTM codes, conversion tags, and other tracking structures for paid media performance.
• Experience working with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Double Click Campaign Manager, DV360 and Sizmek is preferred.
• Working knowledge of the programmatic digital landscape with an understanding of Demand Slide Platforms (DSP), Supply Side Platforms (SSP), and Data Management Platform (DMP).
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships, demonstrating expertise and fostering trust as an expert in paid media performance.
• Stays informed about industry trends, media advancements, and emerging technologies that impact media planning and buying.
• Seeks out innovative media solutions, staying ahead of industry best practices and implementing new strategies.
• Attends industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and shares insights with internal teams and clients.
• Creates charts with heavy data and budgets, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and articulating any information to paid media client leads.
• Oversees paid media pacing, creates pacing reports, and articulates this to client leads.
• Manages paid media campaigns across social platforms, paid search, and other platforms such as Google AdWords.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communication, business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in paid media analytics.
• Prefer paid media analytics experience with projects/clients focused on public health/health campaigns.
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to drive insights from data and tell a compelling story.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.

Salary: $75,000 – 85,000
