Job Details

What You'll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end campaign setup, management, and optimization across paid media channels, with a focus on Search and Social
  • Serve as the go-to contact with our home-listing partners; work in tandem with those partners to assess performance and explore the viability of additional ad products/channels
  • Develop and implement strategic mapping and media planning initiatives spanning various channels and divisions
  • Conduct continuous keyword and audience research to inform and refine targeting strategies
  • Establish and standardize UTM parameters for accurate tracking
  • Build comprehensive reports and conduct ongoing performance analyses to drive data-driven insights
  • Help establish an attribution model that considers multiple customer touchpoints
  • Perform data analysis across web and CRM platforms to extract meaningful insights
  • Develop a comprehensive "playbook" outlining the media strategy for the brand
  • Monitor trends and actively engage in industry research, identifying testing opportunities
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support holistic marketing efforts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (divisions, communications, creative, IT) to ensure tactical alignment
  • Lead training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer within expanding teams

You might be just who we’re looking for if you have…

  • 3+ years experience in Paid Media
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube, with knowledge of social-ad platforms, display, and listing channels considered a plus
  • Ability to lead discussions and presentations on Paid Media, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with brands focused on lead generation (real-estate vertical a plus)
  • Competent knowledge of Google Analytics (GTM experience a huge plus)
  • Fundamental understanding of all digital marketing channels, including Paid, Organic, Email, etc.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and various reporting/measurement tools, showcasing expertise in data analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • Loves marketing, advertising, and branding!

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
  • Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
