Job Description

  • Take full ownership and hands-on-responsibility for all the channels of your countries, e.g. Search, Online/Offline ads, GDN, Retargeting 

  • Allocate budgets smartly across the different channels in order to ensure efficiency based on a clean tracking and performance monitoring

  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication to the team and international stakeholders on an effective growth strategy, trends and new initiatives

  • Be responsible for the continuous success monitoring and reporting with the help of dashboards and ad-hoc analyses 

  • Break new ground by exploring new paid channels, expanding the existing ones further whilst managing search accounts as well as display and offline ads for your markets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing, ideally in the B2B and/or automotive industry

  • Highly motivated Can-Do mindset and a self-driven approach, willing to drive topics forward and challenge the status quo

  • Hands-on experience in the use of Google Ads, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and able to multitask 

  • Great analytical intelligence and strong capability to make data-driven decisions & elaborate reports by using Excel on an excellent level

  • Fluency in English and preferably any additional European language such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Polish is a plus
