We’re looking for a Paid Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years experience. The ideal candidate should be ready to step into an exciting hybrid role within a fast-moving digital team, supporting our team on performance goals across paid and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Performance Coordinator will be responsible for leading day to day affiliate marketing activity and assisting our paid media specialists on paid social platform builds.
Day to Day
- Work with our affiliate marketing partners to brief student marketing campaigns, report on affiliate advertising and optimise affiliate placements
- Work closely with internal creative teams to brief affiliate asset requirements, ensure correct specs and placements.
- Manage and dispatch partnership codes across our affiliate partner networks
- Reconcile transaction inquiries across our affiliate network
- Build and traffic paid social advertisements across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- Ensure day to day campaign implementation is correct - maintaining accurate media tracking and measurement
Requirements
- Experience working with external publisher teams and platform teams is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media services (publisher, in-house or agency)
- Ideally has minimum 1 year experience across a self serve platform e.g. META Ads Manager
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media services (publisher, in-house or agency)
- Experience working with external publisher teams and platform teams
- Experience building and trafficking paid social advertisements across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Experience managing affiliate partner codes, reconciling transaction inquiries and reporting on affiliate advertising
- Ideally at least 1 year experience using a self-serve platform (e.g., Meta Ads Manager)
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
