Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and others.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and SEO teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other advertising metrics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
