The PAD and Payroll Specialist reviews applications, analyzes risk profiles, classifies risks, manages underwriting processes, and adapts to changes. Underwriting experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:
• College or University graduate of any medical or health science course
• Must have at least one year tenure in current position (for internal hire)
• Should not have any attendance issues or any disciplinary action
• Meet job expectations and pass all performance metrics in his/her current unit
• Underwriting experience or working in a Life Insurance company is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications
• Able to use and navigate applications specific to job function
• Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and conditions
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills in English
• Good typing/keyboarding skills
