Superlanet is seeking an experienced PACS Administrator to support a leading healthcare organization in the Bay Area. This is a 1-year contract opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in imaging systems, troubleshooting, and end-user support across Radiology and Cardiology environments.
This role requires an onsite presence 4–5 days per week, working closely with clinical teams to provide real-time support, training, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for PACS applications across Radiology and Cardiology
- Train Radiologists and clinical staff to ensure effective system utilization
- Perform PACS quality assurance (QA) and resolve image archiving issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve DICOM Modality Worklist issues
- Configure and maintain imaging modalities for seamless PACS integration
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on PACS support experience (Radiology and Cardiology)
- Strong background in PACS QA, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to train Radiologists and clinical end users
- Expertise in DICOM workflows, modality configuration, and issue resolution

- 3M/MModal Fluency for Imaging (Radiologist dictation)

- Must be fully vaccinated (COVID, TB, Flu) per organizational policy
