The successful candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional quality for our customers. There are 2 shifts available, both working Monday to Friday. 

Shifts are either 6am to 2.30pm, or 3.15pm to 11.45pm.

We would love to hear from individuals who enjoy working with others, taking pride in doing things properly and feel comfortable following procedures in a regulated food production environment.

You’ll be someone who:

• Takes initiative and enjoys getting things done

• Is reliable and hardworking
• Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, not essential, and full training will be given to the successful candidate
• Enthusiastic and friendly personality, who considers themselves a team player

• To work within departmental Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain the pace of work in line with production needs in terms of filling bags and crates with products
• Work with the Managers and wider Team to achieve the department targets
• Ensure customer and company specifications are achieved
• Work to a clean as you go policy, ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy
• Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
• Be able to follow instructions and procedures
• Be safety conscious
• Have a flexible approach to work
• Have a commitment to quality work and reliability
• Be willing to gain new skills and experiences
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also working as part of a team
• Full training is provided, and there are many progression opportunities including undertaking butchery skills training.
