What will be your responsibilities?
- Coordinate material organization within the supermarket area to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations
- Assign and maintain appropriate storage locations for materials, including updates of labels and system information
- Monitor workload distribution across packing areas and adjust material placement accordingly
- Maintain supermarket material data, including creation, changes, and removal in operational systems
- Monitor SUT (Standard Unit of Transport) containers and ensure alignment between actual and target quantities
- Resolve basic operational and system-related issues affecting packing activities
- Perform simple stock and system corrections to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records
- Coordinate resolution of missing material together with warehouse operations teams
- Support investigation and correction of stock discrepancies
- Cooperate with the Quality department regarding transport damage or delivery-related issues
- Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and quality standards

- High school education
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations - must have
- Basic understanding of warehouse management processes
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Ability to prioritize operational issues and react quickly to changing situations
- Communication in English as advantage
Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift expected in September 2027)
