Are you looking for a stable career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are hiring dependable, hardworking, and motivated Packers for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in producing quality products, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Pack finished products into cartons and boxes.
- Assemble and prepare cartons for production.
- Assist with line startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers.
- Perform scheduled quality inspections throughout the shift.
- Measure products using a tape measure to ensure quality standards.
- Record box counts and production data accurately.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills, including fractions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manufacturing or plastics extrusion experience is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

* Conducts box count and output data collection regularly.
