Job Description- To operate the packing lines in order to ensure that all special orders are registered, produced and delivered accordingly as per specifications and requirements.
- To ensure and manage the proper and correct usage of raw materials for the production process in order to achieve fulfillment of special orders.
- To ensure optimum inventory in order to prevent disruption to production.
- To enforce proper Housekeeping and compliance to the standards required by the company and the industrial practices.
- To enforce Health & Safety work procedure and practices rules and are adhered to and where safety regulations requires; the necessary PPE issued to workers in order to prevent unforeseen accident.
- To diligently and accurately record and monitor all production reports in order to achieve timely and useful production data.
- To manage subordinates to carry out routine and non-routine tasks in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures to achieve operational effectiveness.
- To train and motivate subordinates to achieve operational effectiveness.
- To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechatronic) or equivalent
- Willing to work in shift
- Able to work at Lumut, Perak
