Responsabilità principali
Nel rispetto dei principi di ALCOA, delle Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) e delle procedure aziendali vigenti, la risorsa inserita si occuperà di:
(Packaging Operator) • Conduzione e monitoraggio delle linee di produzione. • Esecuzione di controlli di processo e qualità. • Compilazione della documentazione produttiva. • Collaborazione con il team per garantire la continuità operativa. • Rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e compliance. • Supporto alle attività di miglioramento continuo.
(Warehouse Operator) • Operare nelle diverse aree di magazzino (ricevimento merci, spedizioni e supporto alla produzione), acquisendo una conoscenza approfondita dei materiali e dei prodotti gestiti.• Eseguire attività di movimentazione merci nel rispetto dei piani operativi e delle procedure aziendali.• Effettuare movimentazioni mediante l'utilizzo di mezzi di sollevamento e movimentazione, quando abilitata, e gestire le attività di accettazione di materie prime, API e materiali di confezionamento verificandone la corretta documentazione.• Compilare la documentazione prevista e registrare le informazioni richieste nei sistemi aziendali utilizzati in area magazzino.• Garantire un corretto passaggio di consegne tra i turni di lavoro.• Contribuire al corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature e dei processi attraverso i controlli previsti dalle procedure operative.
Requisiti• Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore in discipline tecnico-scientifiche.• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi i turni notturni.• Disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana.• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra.• Interesse ad apprendere e crescere in un contesto manifatturiero strutturato.• Allineamenti ai valori Pfizer: Courage, Excellence, Equity e Joy.
Requisiti preferenziali
- Precedente esperienza in contesti produttivi e/o nel settore farmaceutico.
- Specializzazione tecnica (meccanico/elettronica) e/o esperienza in ruolo tecnico.
- Familiarità con software e strumenti utilizzati nei processi produttivi.
- Familiarità e conoscenza di base dei più comuni strumenti di AI, con curiosità verso il loro utilizzo per migliorare produttività ed efficienza.
- Per il ruolo di Warehouse Operator costituisce titolo preferenziale essere il possesso del patentino per la conduzione dei carrelli elevatori.
Offriamo contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from €24.750,00 to €33.000,00. This salary range applies to the location Italy - Ascoli Piceno.
