Due to growth, we are currently hiring Packaging and Loading Technicians to perform general assembly in our Youngsville, NC manufacturing facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast paced, financially sound, climate controlled manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
- Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
- Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
- Ensuring workspace is clean, safe, and in working order
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- 3+ years of Forklift experience is REQUIRED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Stand for long period of time
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficient in English
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
SALARY:
- Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience
- Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
