Job Summary
Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated filling equipment used to fill syringe orders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform the job in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom gowning.
- Perform setup/operations/troubleshooting of labeling equipment and semi-automated equipment used to fill syringes.
- Perform in-process sampling on the packaging line, ensuring that product quality adheres to approved specifications.
- Perform job responsibilities following standard operation procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement and OEE initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of packaging equipment a plus, experience including but not limited to: syringe consumables, dispensers, scales, centrifuges, dispensers, sealers, and labelers.
- Experience in laboratory production conditions and clean room a plus.
- Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
Information & Compensation & Benefits
Location: Billerica, MA
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30 A.M-4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday
Pay: This position has a salary range of $20.00 - $22.00. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay: Meridian offers an incentive plan for 2025 focused on safety, quality, and financial metrics. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with earned payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
