The responsibilities include but not be limited to:
- Managing the overall package design electrical work including the schedule and key milestones. Work with different stakeholders to ensure the work is on track and meets the electrical performance requirement.
- Gathering the inputs requirement from customers.
- Performing electrical analysis that includes signal integrity analysis and power delivery analysis.
- Providing recommendations/solutions in the package design parameters to meet the electrical requirements.
- Publish the electrical design reports and get the sign-offs from customers.
- Continuously improve in the electrical analysis work by coming up with innovations or driving efficiencies that helps improve cost, schedule, efficiency and/or quality for the design that ultimately add value to our company.
- Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical field theories and electronic fundamentals.
- Experienced in using Electrical Design Analysis software tools such as Ansys (HFSS, Q3D, SIwave), Cadence Sigrity or any equivalent software.
- Experienced in using Package/Board CAD layout software tool such as Cadence Allegro, Mentor Expedition or any equivalent software.
- Strong project management skills and multi tasking.
- Strong in technical problem solving (and root causing problems).
- Good communication in articulation, written and presentation skill.
- Excellent team work.
