The PACE President provides strategic and operational leadership across clinical services, participant experience, quality, compliance, financial performance, workforce development, enrollment growth, and community engagement. • Oversee clinical and operational performance across the full continuum of PACE services.
  • Ensure excellence in participant care, safety, experience, and outcomes.
  • Strengthen interdisciplinary team collaboration and organizational accountability.
  • Maintain compliance with CMS, state, and other applicable PACE requirements.
  • Promote continuous survey readiness and proactive regulatory risk management.
  • Lead budget development, financial planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Use quality, operational, financial, workforce, and participant data to guide decisions.
  • Balance enrollment growth with participant needs, organizational capacity, quality, and financial sustainability.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain an effective and highly engaged leadership team.
  • Foster a workplace culture that supports teamwork, innovation, transparency, and professional growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership and governing bodies to advance organizational priorities.
  • Represent the organization with regulators, providers, referral sources, community partners, participants, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic relationships that expand awareness of PACE and support responsible enrollment growth.
 What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, social services, or a related field.
  • Seven to ten years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
  • At least five years of senior leadership experience in PACE or a comparable capitated, value-based, managed care, senior care, or integrated healthcare environment.
  • Leadership experience encompassing healthcare operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, quality, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance, quality outcomes, enrollment, financial results, utilization management, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience working with frail older adults or other medically and socially complex populations.

  • Direct executive or senior leadership experience within a PACE organization.
