Job Summary:

The PACE President- Oklahoma Market is responsible for all aspects of administration including operations, leadership, governance, strategy, quality improvement, performance, and growth of the PACE program. This role ensures excellence in participant care, interdisciplinary team performance, and compliance with CMS and state PACE regulations, while contributing to the overall organization’s standards, culture, and financial performance. The PACE President serves as the primary external representative of the program, building and sustaining community partnerships, referral relationships, and stakeholder engagement to support enrollment growth and advance the mission of PACE in the Oklahoma market.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring.
  • Ability to plan and implement programs on a business unit wide basis.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet various demands of executive management in a healthcare environment.
  • Broad knowledge of healthcare federal and state regulations and administration, including CMS PACE regulations, dual-eligible populations, and interdisciplinary care models.
  • Outstanding leadership and managerial skills including selection, retention, motivation, and accountability applied to a variety of work styles.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and public communication skills in verbal, non-verbal, and written formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and customer relations skills to complex situations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and effect change, including skills in continuous improvement and the promotion of on-going personal development.

  • Proficient with current technology applied to healthcare including Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a participant-centered philosophy of care, with experience serving vulnerable and medically complex populations and a deep understanding of the unique needs of frail elders.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in PACE or similar healthcare settings preferred.

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Master’s degree in hospital administration, health, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum seven to ten (7-10) years of progressively responsible experience at similar organization (size, budget, complexity) in healthcare operations management, administrative supervision, or related experience required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of direct experience in PACE program administration or leadership required, with demonstrated knowledge of CMS PACE regulations, state Medicaid requirements, and interdisciplinary team-based care models.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience serving frail elders.

Skills Required
