Under the direction and supervision of the Director of PACE Business Operations, the Business Operations Manager is responsible to direct and supervise business functions and administrative support related to the delivery of internal and contracted services and will work out of one of our Franciscan locations in Indiana.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Under the direction and supervision of the Administrative Director, the PACE Operations Manager is responsible to direct and supervise business functions and administrative support related to the delivery of internal and contracted services.
Assists in development of contracts and in maintaining positive and compliant business relationships with contractual stakeholders.
Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing operational budget and capital. Remains current on regulations and coordinates program attestations with appropriate internal parties.
Collaborates with Financial Operations Manager for Part D Bid development.
Assists Administrative Director with special projects and related duties that operationalize business model transformation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
2 years of Administration of healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid insurance - Required
1 year working with frail elderly population - Required
