To support market needs, we have an opportunity for talented people to join our Production and Architecture Consulting team (PAC) based in Chile as a Production and Architecture Consultants. This person will provide technical support, implementation support, performance benchmarks, infrastructure and architecture consulting and training.
What you’ll do:
The primary responsibility of this role:
Design and assist in deploying clients solution’s on production infrastructure (on premise and on the cloud) to suit their scope of activity.
Provide day-to-day technical support to ensure the technical satisfaction of Murex Customers.
Develop and execute performance test scripts to guarantee best application performance.
Use standard profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks, propose and build solutions in collaboration with the product development team when required
Deliver architecture and technical trainings for Murex Customers to leverage their level of support
Develop expertise on different axes: OS, application design, implementation, hardware/cloud infrastructure, network, database servers.
Who you are:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical expert based in Chile
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related degree with 0 -2 years of experience in relevant fields.
Knowledge in Unix Shell scripting, Java, C / C++, SQL/RDBMS, Python.
Knowledge of the following technologies/concepts is a plus.: Cloud solutions, Multitier architecture.
Knowledge in XML/XSLT, json, terraform, ansible, perl, regex, javascript, Java JDK/JRE, Git/BitBucket is a plus.
Good programming skills, problem-solving skills, and a desire to achieve excellence with a client-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English is a must (spoken, read, written), and excellent communication skills are required.
