About The Role:
Support the business by performing a variety of tasks to assist with coordinating activities at the Amsterdam site and the expanding Amsterdam data centre campus. This role involves working with Heads of Departments on the data centre campus to coordinate activities and provide insights into ongoing initiatives. The role allows for input and insights into the deployment of initiatives at the Amsterdam office and campus, playing a crucial role in ensuring structure and cohesion across multiple initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth running of office including ordering of required supplies and general overseeing of office from a day-to-day perspective. 
  • Liaison with Group office support teams for joint initiatives and implementation of general comms.
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground that help to identify site appearance improvement initiatives. 
  • Ensure all aspect of security, cleaning, tidiness in the office and some DC areas.
  • Local Point of contact for Office Facility Services matters.
  • Wellbeing coordinator – work with local management team and Group HR to assist wellbeing initiatives i.e. MIND.
  • Assist group & local HR with onboarding of new employees. 
  • New starter support / Introduction Day.
  • Assist group & local HR with off boarding of leavers.
  • Assist Managing Directors, Financial Controllers and Group HR in day-by-day HR administration task.
  • Support the Managing Director and local management Team with light level support i.e. TAF support, setting up internal & external Events & Meetings as well hands on executive assistance.

About You:

You are a dependable and detail-oriented professional with fluent written and spoken Dutch. Known for your high level of integrity, reliability, and accountability, you consistently deliver accurate work and take pride in maintaining high standards. Self-motivated and adaptable, you work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your approachable nature and strong people skills make you a valued team member, and your customer-focused attitude ensures positive and professional interactions at all levels.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager or similar role. 
  • Strong background in managing office operations, facilities and administrative support functions. 
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
