Senior Product Manager Reporting & Reconciliation

As a Senior Product Manager for Reporting & Reconciliation, you will lead the transformation of how our merchants understand and manage their financial flows. Our team is dedicated to making reconciliation simple, automated and near real-time. You and your team will develop tools that empower developers by providing a self-service, scalable and reliable reporting platform. Developers will leverage this platform to help customers to easily optimize their financial operations and data flows, turning reconciliation into a key driver of satisfaction, trust and strategic value. 

What you’ll do:

  • Define and shape the product strategy for your team, executing the strategy and ensuring all teams and stakeholders are aligned
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area from discovery and vision through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Define and prioritize high-impact initiatives that improve the overall reconciliation flow for our customers, improve report generation, scheduling and delivery. 
  • Work closely with your engineering team to build a robust reporting platform that can scale horizontally to increasing data volumes, new data sources and delivery destinations
  • Drive customer discovery and validation by engaging directly with merchants, developers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate together with your peers on the overall reporting and reconciliation strategy
  • Establish and track clear success metrics for product adoption, data quality and reliability. Use data to inform your decisions and ability to iterate. 
  • Bridge the gap between merchant-facing product teams and core technical frameworks, playing a pivotal role in translating desired features into the underlying infrastructure and driving adoption to deliver value

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in platform products in  fintech, enterprise financial software, or accounting systems.
  • Technical fluency. Solid understanding of data architecture, batch processing and building scalable platforms. Should be able to define technical requirements and be comfortable making trade-offs
  • Experience working with big data platform and cloud technologies like AWS S3, GCP or Azure
  • Data-driven decision-making skills – ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex financial and technical concepts clearly.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation processes is a plus!
