- Fluent in Mandarin

- Advanced knowledge of social selling techniques and platforms
- Expertise in lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting
- Advanced understanding of marketing automation tools and their integration with sales processes
- Excellent command of communication tools, including email, phone, and video conferencing platforms
- Familiarity with account mapping and stakeholder identification techniques
- Proficiency in creating and delivering personalized sales presentations
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies
- Ability to use and interpret sales analytics and performance metrics
- Familiarity with best practices in sales development and lead management
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Development or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute innovative sales development strategies
- Optimize intricate lead workflows
- Drive revenue growth through advanced sales development practices
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, primarily via phone, social media, and email
- Act as a bridge between marketing and sales teams
- Track and analyze results, including conversion rates, meeting attendance, and pipeline development
- Personalize messaging and map accounts to target the right stakeholders
- Communicate with key stakeholders
- Prepare pipeline analysis and report on new business opportunities for the sales team
- Review and analyze trends such as closed lost deals, no-shows, and personalization strategies
- Continuously improve skills by seeking industry and SDR best practices
- May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
