Ключові завдання та зона відповідальності:

• Виконання операцій у межах процесу Procure-to-Pay (P2P) з високою точністю, зокрема створення заявок, формування замовлень на закупівлю (PO) та запуск MRP-процесів.
• Управління електронними каталогами, основними довідковими даними (MDM), разовими закупівлями та обробка запитів до служби підтримки.
• Вирішення розбіжностей у рахунках-фактурах та питань оплати постачальникам у співпраці з бухгалтерією (AP) та відділом закупівель.
• Підготовка та аналіз звітів щодо ефективності процесів P2P, відповідності постачальників політикам компанії та ключових операційних показників (KPI).
• Підтримка процесу впровадження та оновлення електронних каталогів.
• Співпраця з міжфункціональними та мультикультурними командами для забезпечення безперебійної роботи процесів.
• Ведення повної документації та забезпечення належного аудитного сліду для всіх транзакцій.
• Своєчасне ескалування проблем та звернення за консультацією в разі необхідності.

Необхідні знання та навички:

• Розуміння процесів P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
• Досвід роботи з інструментами для закупівель (наприклад, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle тощо).
• Аналітичні навички та вміння працювати з даними.
• Висока уважність до деталей та точність у виконанні завдань.
• Розвинені комунікативні та міжособистісні навички.
• Здатність працювати як самостійно, так і в команді.
• Базові знання з управління проєктами та інструментів автоматизації (MS Visio, PowerPoint, RPA).
• Впевнене володіння пакетом MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Вміння чітко формулювати бізнес-потреби та трансформувати їх у практичні операційні дії.

Освіта та досвід:

• Вища освіта в галузі бізнес-адміністрування, логістики або управління ланцюгом постачань (Supply Chain).
• Рівень англійської мови — не нижче B1+ (B2 і вище буде суттєвою перевагою).
• Досвід 2−4 роки у сфері закупівель.
