Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on P2P-related topics, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Shared Services teams to ensure smooth end-to-end P2P process execution.
Monitor process performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and collaborate on corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements to processes and systems.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for business users on P2P processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with global P2P standards, policies, and controls.
Actively contributes to transformation projects and system upgrades impacting P2P processes.
Qualifications & Experience
4–6 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations.
Strong understanding of P2P processes, including PO/non-PO invoice handling, transactional procurement, vendor management.
Experience in stakeholder management and issue resolution.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and workflow tools.
Exposure to process improvement or transformation projects is an advantage.
