Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on P2P-related topics, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. 

  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Shared Services teams to ensure smooth end-to-end P2P process execution. 

  • Monitor process performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and collaborate on corrective actions. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements to processes and systems. 

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for business users on P2P processes and tools. 

  • Ensure compliance with global P2P standards, policies, and controls. 

  • Actively contributes to transformation projects and system upgrades impacting P2P processes. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 4–6 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations. 

  • Strong understanding of P2P processes, including PO/non-PO invoice handling, transactional procurement, vendor management. 

  • Experience in stakeholder management and issue resolution. 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and workflow tools. 

  • Exposure to process improvement or transformation projects is an advantage.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Continuous improvement orientation and ability to drive change. 

  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and countries. 

  • Collaborative and proactive approach. 

 

Languages:

  • Fluency in English required

  • Other languages considered advantage
