We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized P&O Support Services Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will ensure smooth HR processes for employees at our headquarters and provide backup support for our manufacturing site. 

What you will do 

  • Prepare documents for onboarding and offboarding. 

  • Organizing onboarding day from a labor law perspective and communicating with new employees. 

  • Providing documentation for payroll processing (onboarding, offboarding, attendance, changes, benefits). 

  • Manage annual tax reconciliation. 

  • Maintain employee data in Workday and Aktion. 

  • Support attendance processes and employee requests (HR24 ticketing). 

  • Prepare certificates and archive documentation. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and legislation. 

What we expect 

  • Secondary/University degree in administration or HR. 

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience (HR is an advantage). 

  • Good MS Office skills; Workday knowledge is a plus. 

  • Accuracy, strong communication and time-management skills. 

  • Czech language; English is an advantage. 

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
