Your Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Execute delivery of P&O operational services in the country, ensuring adherence to global processes and local compliance.
- Ensure consistent execution of Payroll, Time, H2R, and Benefits Administration services.
- Drive the adoption and optimal use of HR technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage risks related to data privacy, payroll accuracy, and benefits administration.
- Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for country-level P&O Operations.
- Partner with local P&O Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on strategy, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Process & Technology Optimization
- Promote standardization and automation of processes to improve service quality and reduce manual effort.
- Identify and implement process improvements and digital solutions.
- Track and report on service metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Vendor Governance & Cost Management
- Govern relationships with local external vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits administrators) to ensure service quality, compliance, and contractual adherence.
- Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs, and lead regular review meetings.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Time, H2R, and Benefits processes.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday), Payroll, Time and case management systems.
- Familiarity with local labor and tax regulations (in accordance with country scope).
- Fluent English
- GreekLanguage is an advantage
