This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with local regulatory frameworks (LRF), and optimal use of technology and standardized processes. This role will contribute to a regional network servicing various countries across Europe’s Small and Cluster Countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Execute delivery of P&O operational services in the country, ensuring adherence to global processes and local compliance.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Payroll, Time, H2R, and Benefits Administration services.
  • Drive the adoption and optimal use of HR technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and manage risks related to data privacy, payroll accuracy, and benefits administration.
  • Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for country-level P&O Operations.
  • Partner with local P&O Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on strategy, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Process & Technology Optimization

  • Promote standardization and automation of processes to improve service quality and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and digital solutions.
  • Track and report on service metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Vendor Governance & Cost Management

  • Govern relationships with local external vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits administrators) to ensure service quality, compliance, and contractual adherence.
  • Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs, and lead regular review meetings.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Time, H2R, and Benefits processes.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday), Payroll, Time and case management systems.
  • Familiarity with local labor and tax regulations (in accordance with country scope).
  • Fluent English
  • GreekLanguage is an advantage
