Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of P&O Services and execution of P&O strategic goals within the assigned client group and ownership of the assigned project activities
Coordinate and support HR service processes, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with relevant practice networks and IT teams.
Manage service delivery to customers and users, assess process performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and added business value.
Align with P&O and other stakeholders on service scope, expectations, and end-to-end roles and responsibilities.
Support cost, efficiency, and productivity analyses, and provide HR data reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Coach and support the organization on P&O Services processes, global standards, ESS/MSS, and HR operational excellence.
Support internal controls activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements, policies, and regulatory standards.
While not holding direct people management responsibility, this role will partner closely with the manager to support team operations, service delivery, and overall operational effectiveness.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in HR Service Delivery, Payroll, HR Operations, or a similar service-oriented HR environment in SSC.
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday and SAP.
Exposure to multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage.
Strong understanding of payroll, and HR processes, employee services, and labor law fundamentals.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement.
Experience with project management and data privacy principles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English is a must. Ukrainian language is a plus.
