We are looking for Junior People & Organization Data Operations Specialist who provides essential administrative and business support to keep HR operations running smoothly. HR areas to which the position holder is dedicated are mostly (but not limited to): human capital management, time
management, performance, employee document management, employee & organizational data checks, reporting, total rewards processes.
Some services will be delivered for the German-speaking markets, mostly in writing (chat & e-mail).
To be successful in this role, you should have English language skills at B2 level and German language skills at B1 level.
This is Fixed term contract till end of April 2027
Reporting to: Digital P&O Leader: P&O Data Operations
Your main tasks- Service delivery: provide admin support in assigned HR Processes, resolve P&O Experience queries (Tier 0 and 1)
- Continuous Improvement: identify and work on assigned continuous improvement opportunities
- Knowledge Management: Maintain Knowledge & Learning bases
Requirements
- HR Systems and Processes: Basic use, execute based on instructions, perform trouble shooting and testing, initiate improvements
- Analytical thinking and data orientation: collect and organize available information carefully, check basic data accuracy, process small and medium sets of data, use facts rather than assumptions, understand and interpret dashboards
- AI Use and Digital Proficiency: use AI tools to perform daily work, display basic understanding of AI Agents
Soft and Organizational Skills
- Communication: communicate effectively; communication requires some explanation or interpretation
