Context
Within our company of 172 employees, you will report to the HR Director. You will play a key role in supporting the HR transformation of our French subsidiary through a dual scope:
- HR Business Partner dedicated to the Sales population (approximately 50% of staff)
- Transversal HR support on all generalist topics across the subsidiary
Your responsibilities
💼 HR Business Partner – Sales Population
• Main HR contact for sales managers and their teams
• Leading the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
• Managing individual relations: disciplinary actions, terminations, conflict resolution
• Coordinating annual HR campaigns: performance reviews, salary reviews, talent assessments
• Supporting skills development: training, development plans, career reviews
• Contributing to motivation and retention initiatives (bonus schemes, recognition programs...)
• Monitoring HR performance and employee engagement indicators
🧩 Transversal HR Support – France Subsidiary
• Payroll interface with the external provider (data collection, verification, validation)
• Ensuring data reliability in the HRIS (Workday)
• Administrative follow-up: contracts, agreements, onboarding, personnel files
• Supervising an HR apprentice (HR reporting, managing interns/apprentices)
• Participating in HR transformation projects, internal communication, CSR initiatives...
🤝 Employee Relations
• Preparing and participating in CSE (employee representative body) meetings (agendas, minutes...)
• Monitoring legal obligations: social reports, BDESE, gender equality index
• Conducting labor law monitoring and supporting collective bargaining
• Communicating effectively with employees on transversal HR topics
Profile
🎓 Education: Master's degree in HR / Business School with HR specialization
📅 Experience: At least 5 years in a generalist HR position, preferably in an SME
🗣 Language: Professional English required (communication with Group HR team)
