P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven current students pursuing bachelor's degree studies interested in growing as a leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger.
Description of the role:
The Internship is for those who have NOT completed their Bachelors’ degree studies yet. Our aim is to select exceptional students for internship openings who are seeking developing their skills while being mentored & coached by strong P&G leaders. Upon successful completion of the Internship, you will have an opportunity to be considered for Full-Time employment upon completion of your degree.

Job Qualifications
Your Role:
Process Engineers will be working with a broad range of processing equipment with specific responsibilities, this is a key role to learn about our product, equipment/ technology, and production process.
This role Identifies, prioritizes, and eliminates process losses. Responsible for building the process capability and control. Responsible for defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication, and building capability to do technical troubleshooting and process improvement.
Your first assignment gives you the chance to contribute with your engineering skills to the business from day 1, while developing your leadership skills.
Who are we looking for:
Currently studying towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major.
Saudi National
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
English & Arabic Fluency
