About the role 

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile integration program within a large, complex organisation, supporting the People and Culture (P&C) stream as part of a broader Integration Management Office. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining governance standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical people-related integration outcomes. 

You will operate at the centre of the program, connecting stakeholders, tracking progress against key milestones, and delivering insights through reporting and analysis. This role suits a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who enjoys working in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments and thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programs. 

This is a 12-month, max-term contract based in Alexandria HQ.  

Key responsibilities 

  • Provide project coordination support across the P&C integration program  
  • Maintain project artefacts including timelines, risk registers, status reports and collaboration tools  
  • Coordinate Steering Committee processes including agenda setting and paper preparation  
  • Manage project tracking and reporting, including performance against integration targets  
  • Support governance processes and ensure compliance with program standards  
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across P&C, business leaders and external partners  
  • Prepare materials for leadership forums, employee briefings and key meetings  
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of workforce data used in reporting and decision making  
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Proven experience in project coordination within HR or P&C environments  
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation, integration or change programs  
  • Experience supporting organisational design or operating model initiatives  
  • Strong data and analytics capability, including reporting and interpreting workforce metrics  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within complex organisational structures  
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information  
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills  
  • Experience working in large, complex or ASX-listed organisations is advantageous
