As a first point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners, you’ll help keep requests moving, records accurate, and essential processes running smoothly.

This hands-on role is a great opportunity for someone who brings sound judgment, curiosity, and a commitment to dependable support. You don’t need extensive HR experience. • Respond to routine questions from employees, managers, and external contacts clearly and promptly
  • Review, categorize, assign, and track requests to support efficient routing and resolution
  • Complete employment verifications and assist with unemployment claims and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and system information with care and confidentiality
  • Support onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and routine system updates, including the transition to Rippling
  • Assist with recurring audits, compliance reviews, filing, and documentation requests
  • Research questions before escalating complex matters and identify practical ways to improve documentation, consistency, and efficiency
 The Experience You’ll Bring
  • Experience in an administrative, shared services, customer support, personal assistant, coordinator, or similar operational role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, routine tasks, and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Close attention to detail when handling records, data, and documentation
  • Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential employee information
  • A proactive approach to researching, troubleshooting, and resolving questions before escalating them
  • A service-oriented mindset and the ability to take ownership of requests through completion
  • Comfort learning new systems, processes, and policies; experience with HR systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, or shared-service environments is helpful but not required
 Location and Engagement Details
  • This is a contractor position engaged through DEEL,
  • Candidates must be located in Mexico or Costa Rica
