Join Snoonu's P&C Team in Oman and Support and develop Snoonu team members through implementing HR policies, best practices and managing HR procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. Your role performs administrative functions in various HR policies that affect people at work such as, onboarding, off boarding, work conditions, employee engagement, absence management and grievance procedures to ensure effective employee relations. You are a responsible person for the wellbeing, organisation and administration of all our team members. Your role will guide and answer all on any HR related queries.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding Delivery
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks across all five Oman cities.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in line with templates and grading set by the P&C Lead.
- Run onboarding logistics end-to-end: welcome communications, HRMS setup, ID/document collection, first-week check-ins.
- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline tracker, keeping the P&C Lead informed of status across open roles.
HRMS, Data & Documentation Management
- Own accurate, up-to-date employee records in Keka HRMS, including personal details, contracts, and leave balances.
- Maintain confidential personnel files (physical and digital) for every employee across all locations.
- Track visa, work permit, and labour card validity, flagging renewals to the P&C Lead ahead of deadlines.
- Produce routine HR reports: headcount snapshots, attrition, leave utilization, and onboarding/offboarding status.
Employee Experience & First-Line Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on leave, benefits, policy, and general HR matters.
- Handle routine employee relations matters directly; escalate complex grievances or disciplinary cases to the P&C Lead.
- Support probation review scheduling and documentation, and follow up on completion with line managers.
- Execute engagement initiatives (pulse surveys, city-level events, recognition moments) designed by the P&C Lead.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs — attendance, overtime, unauthorized absence, and leave — for the P&C Lead's review.
- Process benefits administration tasks: medical insurance enrolments, amendments, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with Finance on payroll timelines and documentation, under the P&C Lead's guidance.
Compliance Administration & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date trackers for Oman Labour Law compliance items: contracts, statutory filings, and audit documentation.
- Support the P&C Lead in preparing documentation for Ministry of Labour or regulatory submissions.
- Flag any compliance gaps or upcoming deadlines proactively.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally spanning recruitment coordination, HR operations, and employee relations support.
- Experience with an HRMS platform (Keka or similar) and comfort managing high-volume documentation.
- Exposure to multi-site or multi-city operations is a strong plus, given the Oman footprint.
- Experience in tech, logistics, e-commerce, or fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail — this role is the accuracy layer behind P&C's data and documentation.
- Comfortable working independently on execution while operating within frameworks set by the P&C Lead.
- Clear, professional communication with employees at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Oman's five Snoonu markets.
