From gathering and shaping requirements to translating them into clear, actionable tasks, you’ll ensure the team is always focused on what matters most.

You’ll be a connector—aligning commercial and marketing development with strategic goals by collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. Your work will directly support customer acquisition and retention by enabling the successful rollout of campaigns and programs.

This role thrives on collaboration. You’ll partner with teams across Operations, IT, Network, and Finance to launch and continuously improve commercial initiatives. Acting as a go-to person for all things commercial, you’ll help ensure transparency, alignment, and momentum every step of the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage the backlog for the oxio Commercial squad, prioritizing features that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition/retention.

  • Lead the annual commercial budgeting process, providing forecasts and making informed financial projections for the brand.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform decision-making.

  • Develop, manage, and execute Acquisition and Base Management programs to maintain, defend, and grow our market share in all the cities covered in our footprint.

  • Utilise data analytics and A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement in digital conversion rates across websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

  • Support the launch of new commercial offerings by ensuring product readiness and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Network, Finance).

  • Monitor and analyze product performance data in relation to commercial goals, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans by providing input on product capabilities and potential enhancements that can support commercial strategies.

  • Champion the customer experience within the commercial context, ensuring that the product meets their needs and drives satisfaction and loyalty.

  • With the oxio crew lead, develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve brand objectives in alignment with company goals.

Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to capture incremental market share.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Product management or related field preferred

  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing or product management within a related industry, with a significant portion of that experience in a large telecommunications organization.

  • Experience in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, including forecasting and budgeting, is required.

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and/or base management is essential for this role

  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a definite plus.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required).

  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust across teams; values open dialogue and cross-functional alignment.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful in navigating challenges and driving initiatives forward.

  • Continuously questions the status quo, pushing for smarter processes and impactful programs to meet business objectives.

  • Champions data excellence by using insights to drive strategic decision-making.
