We are seeking a Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in driving growth and success for Ownershift and its portfolio companies. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, you will need to be adaptable and resourceful, managing a variety of responsibilities ranging from helping to integrate a company after an acquisition to compliance and reporting. You are analytical and excited to drive operational efficiencies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Supporting the implementation of operational processes in collaboration with the leadership team of Ownershift as well as with the Presidents of Ownershift’s portfolio companies
- Working closely with the leadership of the portfolio companies to ensure all operational needs are being met and sustained
- Assist with implementing the systems for incorporation, legal documentation (employee agreements and NDAs), HR compliance, insurance, employee benefits, employee onboarding, IT, branding and naming, record keeping, and website design and management
- Liaising between pre-identified service providers, portfolio companies, and management company
- Researching new technologies, vendors, and best practices to ensure the best-of-breed solutions are being administered
- Ensuring only the highest level of service and communication is being maintained
