What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Homeowner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with individual homeowners through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
Professional Communication: Master verbal, written, and digital communication in a professional setting.
Problem Solving & Resolution: Research, analyze, and troubleshoot complex owner and guest concerns, turning potential friction points into long-term loyalty.
Database & Data Management: Utilize and update industry-standard database applications to accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records.
Team Support & Project Planning: Assist with assigned, strategic projects that require planning, coordination, and advanced knowledge of internal programs.
