The  Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Specialist manages various aspects of OFE in various forms from panels / switchgear, buss (bussway), transformers or other items that the commercial arm of Excellerate accepts as a part of itegrating or producing a product.   Where necessary, collaborates heavily wtih Excellerate Switchgear (OFE) program manager, Operations and procurement to coordinate an individual Excellerate location's requirements. These requirements will include but are not limited to:  Excellerate facility production schedule requirements for OFE, OFE suplier communication on specifications, schedules, shipments, issue resolution and potential escalatoins.  At times, communication to and from customer / client will be necessary and done in a timely and professional manner.  Collaborate, develop and implement the program strategy including all necessary coordination & adjustments across multiple projects with critical delivery needs while managing necessary tasks. 

Must be an excellent communicator at all levels within the project environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities and be able to adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed project environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma + relative work experience
Experience: 2-5+ years of experience within FTI, Excellerate, procurement and or other experience as determined by management. Working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the project deliverables are created and in which they will be used.
Travel: 10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates extensively with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager &/or equivalent, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to confirm day to day requirements are being met from OFE deliveries by supplier per Excellerate location to meet the production schedule.

  • Supports order management, as needed, within System of Record (ERP) related to OFE from master data requirements from suppliers, order updates and management within ERP for the proper receipt and usage by material specification by OFE supplier.

  • Effectively and proactively communicates at all levels within the project environment. Exhibits strong leadership qualities and adapts to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed project environment.

  • Meets the individual Excellerate location's needs in realtion to receiving, installing and shipping as a finished good the OFE content by project.  Manages and communicates timely updates related to schedules, resources & issue resolution.

  • Continuously improves communication, activities, and processes for areas of improved efficiency.

  • Manages the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team’s scope of responsibility.

  • Identifies and proactively manages project risks and issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans.

  • Leads internal and external quality meetings.

  • Escalates as necessary with Operatonal leaders &/or Excellerate Switchgear Program Mgr. any issues and collaboration in solutions and resolutions. 

  • Participates in all necessary meetings in relation to scope and requirements related to OFE by individual Excellerate facility. 

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
